Another One Bites the Dust

All those nightmares about being home. All the silent pleading that time on the mission would move slower. All the members that I told I wouldn't mind staying in Korea forever.

God must certainly know that I'm negatively anticipating the end of my mission, because I've been luckly enough to have each week of this transfer feel like an eternity! In other words, I am now on my third companion of the transfer, in the third week of the transfer.

It's very sad that the only Korean companion I'll ever have didn't last longer than two weeks, but it was fun while it lasted.

Highlights

Went to ์˜๋“ฑํฌ on an exchange and ate ์ƒค๋ธŒ์ƒค๋ธŒ with sion

Me and elder untalan were thinking about where to proselyte on the exchange and remembered that in the Book of Mormon, Alma had lots of success among the poor class of people, so we went to a more poor part of town and gave it a try. It actually worked kinda, most of the people didn't tell us to go away and we were usually able to talk to them about whatever as long as we wanted. I think it was cause none of them had jobs or anything though.

One guy we met immediately saw the Book of Mormon elder untalan was holding and grabbed it from him without even asking! At first I thought, "wow, he's so prepared!" But I think he might have actually been homeless and hoping to sell it or something. Come to think of it, I think most of those people we met were homeless. I guess we prob won't go back there.

Randomly met my MTC teacher out of nowhere.

Ran into ๋‚จ๊ถํฌ์ • ์ž๋งค๋‹˜ at the temple and she bought us lunch. Anyway that's all for today.
